3/05/08... UPROAR video today on FUSE:
The video for the song UPROAR from the live cd/dvd of the same name will be played today on STEVEN'S UNTITLED ROCK SHOW on FUSE. The show airs at 4pm eastern.
3/01/08... UPROAR live & loud hits the streets March 18th!:
Thanks goes out to everyone who came out to the pre-sale event in Richmond last week. We had a great time hanging out with everyone at Plan 9 and then watching the documentary at the Byrd theater. A huge thanks to all the sponsors of the event and to Deanna at Plan 9 for making it all happen.
The official release date for the cd/dvd is March 18th. We'll be running some contests along with www.punknews.org and www.interpunk.com so be looking out for them to start this week. If you cant wait for the official release, www.noidearecords.com is now taking orders and shipping them out - thats right! Order the cd/dvd from no idea and receive it before the official release date.
1/25/08... New web site and DVD update:
The new website is now live and with it comes a lot of news about the upcoming CD/DVD release recorded at last year's reunion shows. Well finally its all done and we have a release date and artwork and some special events being planned so here's the info:
The live CD/DVD titled UPROAR will be released on NO IDEA RECORDS on March 18, 2008. We're of course planning a few contests and pre-order give-aways but what we're excited about the most is a pre-release event that is scheduled in our hometown of Richmond, VA for Feb 23rd.
We're having an exclusive pre-release, one day sale at our local record store Plan 9. You'll be able to buy the CD/DVD exclusively at Plan 9 for this day only and if you do so you'll get a FREE ticket to see the documentary titled OPEN LETTER: A REVOLUTION IN THE MAKING at the historic BYRD theater. More info and details to come very soon. The band will be hanging out for an hour or so beforehand in the store and then we're off to see the film - we hope to see you there. For those of you who just want to come and watch the movie there will be tickets available for $2 at the door....and then we go drinking at Sticky Rice.

11/5/07... New web site and DVD update:
We've been going through old boxes of tapes and are compiling as much live material as possible from the old days and promise to make them available as soon as possible. In the meantime check out the Myspace exclusive EP featuring songs not available on the upcoming live CD/DVD.
The DVD is coming close to being finished and we're all really excited about it. The documentary titled "Open Letter: A Revolution in the Making" is being put together as "bonus" material and its coming along great- better than we could have expected. It's been really great seeing roug cuts that come to us every few days. A huge thanks goes out to Charles at Bifocal Media for all of the hard work on this project.
10/14/07... Here's the news on the upcoming live CD/DVD:
• it's being titled INQUISITION - UPROAR! LIVE & LOUD
• will include live cd compiled from both nights recorded in May
• DVD will include both complete nights, a 30 minute behind the scenes documentary, new and old photo galleries and a video for the song UPROAR from the REVOLUTION album
We dont have a release date yet but we are doing evertything possible to have it released this year.
In the meantime, we've released an EP exclusive to myspace for download which includes two bonus tracks. The first is an EP exclusive of HOTEL X recorded durring the second show when a guitar amp blew up- THIS WILL NOT BE ON THE DVD or LIVE CD at all. The second track is our cover of Duran Duran's HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF recorded in 1993 and originally releases on a compilation to bennefit Richmond area Food Not Bombs.
The remaining 4 songs on the EP will be on the DVD in video form but are not the recordings used for the LIVE CD.
ALSO on the space and now on YOU TUBE is a video clip from the DVD of the song FUSE filmed on the first night of the reunion shows!!
